All course and product prices are listed on their respective product pages

Prices are inclusive of the applicable taxes

Pricing may vary due to currency exchange, sales, promotions, bundles, or order bumps

Additional Fees

There are no additional handling or service charges

Internet connection fees and data usage costs incurred while using our platform are the customer's responsibility

The name on your payment statement will appear as "Lofi Japanese" or "Skill Hunter", depending on the processor.

Payment Timing

Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation

Full access is granted only after payment is successfully completed

Product Delivery

Digital products are accessible immediately after registration and payment

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if access has not been granted

Once access to the course is provided, cancellation is not available

Refunds:

Refund Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

To request a refund, contact us via the Contact Page with:

-Full name and email used for purchase

- Date of purchase

- Order number on receipt

- Reason for refund

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Access to the course will be revoked upon refund.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing content:

- Contact us within 30 days of purchase

- We will attempt to resolve the issue within 3 business days

- If access cannot be restored, a full refund will be issued

Delivery Period for Products

You will be able to access the page after completing membership registration and payment.

The distribution of the lessons uses the platform CC360 and you can login via the Lofi Japanese portal site

Consumption Tax

All prices listed include the 10% Japanese consumption tax (消費税)
